🕵️‍♂️El científic Ilya Prigogine va observar que, a part de les lleis immutables del nostre món, hi havia altres estructures coherents que es formaven elles mateixes, que no es podien predir i que eren irreversibles. D’aquestes estructures en va descriure de quatre menes: NO LINEALS, FLUCTUACIÓ, BIFURCACIÓ i AUTOORGANITZACIÓ. Per aquest descobriment l’any 1977 va rebre el Premi Nobel de Química.
👌Malgrat que aquests primers estudis tenien a veure amb la termodinàmica, investigadors d’altres camps, van veure que aquestes teories anaven molt més enllà i que es podien associar a altres ordres del coneixement. De fet, eren conceptes amb els quals ja estaven treballant però que encara no havien trobat la manera de definir-los.
