Awakening

Awakening. Some people will have a moment or a series of events that leaves them feeling like they just woke up. They feel like they were asleep their whole lives and just realized it. What brings this feeling about is not important, what’s important is what you do after. I had an experience such as this in 2011. I was working on a tattoo on a man and in the middle of my work I stopped and realized I was just looking at the tattoo gear like I’d never seen it before. I look around and everything seems ridiculous and comical. I just began to laugh out loud at myself. I thought it so funny I tried to let others in on the joke but that just made me laugh harder.
