Limited Lino Printing and Linocuts

Art by Joanne Spencer is about limited edition handcrafted reduction Lino prints.

She like doing architecture inspired Lino prints, old architecture like Stonehenge, and more modern architecture like the Clifton suspension bridge, but nature also inspires her Lino printing, especially trees.

SHAKESPEARE BEACH REDUCTION LINO PRINT

This is a limited edition, hand printed, reduction Lino print. It is based Shakespeare Beach in Kent, it is the beach where some of the cross Channel swimmers start out.

THE KELPIES REDUCTION LINO PRINT

This is a limited edition, hand printed, reduction Lino print, it is based on the sculptures by Andy Scott of the Kelpies in Scottish folklore. The sculptures can be found in Falkirk, Scotland.

This is a limited edition, hand printed, reduction Lino print. It is based on the Folly in the grounds of Corsham Court, Corsham, Wiltshire.

Lino prints are titled, editioned and signed on the front underneath the print.

Sold unmounted and unframed.

This reduction Lino print was created using one block of Lino for all the colours.

Working from light to dark colours, as each layer is printed more of the Lino is carved away, reducing the surface area of the Lino.

I only work in small editions, a maximum of 10 prints, all my prints are hand printed by me in my studio in Wiltshire.

I do have cards made of some of my designs but will not have reproduction prints made of them.
