I am Sonja Bikić and welcome to my world of ceramics

I have been making ceramics and porcelain items for over 25 years.

After finishing my studies at the Belgrade University of Applied Arts and Design - Department of Ceramics, I returned to my hometown of Banja Luka, where I started working as a professional ceramicist.

So far, I have had 9 solo exhibitions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and I have participated in many collective and international exhibitions around the world.

My most important international exhibition was in Taipei, Taiwan, in 1994, where I received the Redemption Award.

Also, another of my big projects was in collaboration with the Aquarius agency in 2012, when I designed a hippo sculpture for Hypo Bank in Klagenfurt, Austria.

My works are also kept in the Museum of Contemporary Art of Republika Srpska, and some of them have found their way to the UNESCO book.

All these works are part of my inner world, created in the deep silence of my soul. The works were created with a lot of love, attention, and dedication. In my gallery, you can find a large number of unique pieces of ceramic art, such as sculptures, jewelry, icons, souvenirs, as well as numerous decorative items for interior and exterior decoration, and my favorite items I create are interwoven with symbols of birds and freedom.
